Autodomme Control Systems (“Autodomme”, “we”, “us”) operates https://www.autodomme.com and the coaching services offered through it. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
We are based in Victoria, Australia. We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Where you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we also handle your personal information under the UK GDPR or EU GDPR as applicable, and this policy describes the additional rights those laws give you.
Privacy contact: privacy@autodomme.com
Account and identity information. Your name, email address, and the account identifier issued when you sign in. Authentication is handled by Microsoft Entra External ID; we do not see or store your password.
Health and training information. Workouts, activities, heart rate, power, pace, swim and running technique measurements, body weight, wellness entries, injuries, illness, fatigue, and similar training and recovery data. This is health information.
Information about your preferences and interests. Survey responses and comparative rankings you complete, including information about your sexual preferences and interests, and notes you provide about your goals and limits.
Content you connect or provide. Calendar entries, tasks, and messages from services you explicitly connect, and material you upload or write to us.
Technical information. Device and usage information, and diagnostic logs. Our diagnostic logs are configured to exclude the content of your personal information.
Health information and information about your sexual preferences are sensitive information under the Privacy Act and special category data under the UK and EU GDPR. We collect them only with your consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
We use your personal information to:
Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performance of our contract with you for providing the service; your explicit consent for health data, data about your sexual preferences, and any optional connected service or public sharing; our legitimate interests in securing, supporting and improving the service; and compliance with legal obligations. For sensitive information under the Privacy Act, and special category data under Article 9 of the GDPR, we rely on your explicit consent.
Programmes with withheld elements. Some Autodomme programmes are designed so that specific details of a secondary objective are deliberately not shown to you while the programme runs. Where that applies, we tell you that concealed elements exist and obtain your affirmative agreement before the programme begins, and you may withdraw that agreement at any time. Concealment never applies to this policy, to the categories of data we collect, to who receives your data, or to your rights below.
We use automated systems, including large language models, to generate training prescriptions, adapt your plan, and produce coaching messages. These decisions affect your programme, not your legal rights, and safety limits are applied automatically. You can ask us to review or explain any automated output, and you can ask for a person to intervene.
We share personal information with the following categories of recipients, and only as needed:
We do not sell your personal information.
If you connect intervals.icu, you authorise us to access your intervals.icu account so we can write your plan and coaching to it and read your completed training back. That access is revocable by you at any time, from your intervals.icu account or from your Autodomme settings. Revoking it stops future access.
Information we place on your intervals.icu account is held under intervals.icu’s own terms and privacy policy, and your rights over that copy are exercised with intervals.icu. Disconnecting Autodomme removes the coaching notes we authored on your account. Revoking access does not by itself delete the information we hold in our own systems; use the deletion right below for that.
We store and process personal information in Microsoft Azure data centres, and the recipients listed above may be located outside Australia, including in the United States and Europe. Before disclosing personal information overseas we take reasonable steps as required by APP 8. Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, transfers outside the UK or EEA are made under an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK Addendum, and you can ask us for details of the safeguard used.
We keep the personal information in your account for as long as your account is open. We do not delete it automatically after a fixed period.
Short-lived operational records are the exception and expire on their own: sign-in and connection security tokens expire within minutes, and incomplete questionnaire sessions and internal caches expire within thirty days.
When you ask us to delete your account, we delete the personal information we hold about you, other than anything we are required by law to retain. We also keep backups for a limited period, after which they are overwritten.
You can:
If the UK or EU GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
To use any of these rights, contact us at privacy@autodomme.com. We will verify your identity before acting, we do not charge for these requests, and we will respond within thirty days, or within one month where the UK or EU GDPR applies.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au. In the UK you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at www.ico.org.uk, and in the EEA to your local supervisory authority.
We hold your information in access-controlled cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. The link between your Autodomme account and any connected training account is stored encrypted. Access is limited to those who need it to run the service. No system is perfectly secure, and if a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm we will notify you and the relevant regulator as required.
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will publish the updated version on this page. Where a change materially affects how we use your personal information, we will tell you and, where required, ask for your consent again.
